Intelligent Quantifier-11 (IQ-11)

Bio Image Systems, Inc. announces Version 1.2 of Intelligent Quantifier-11 for Windows 2000 and XP, with an interface to Excel® macros. An easy-to-use template combines lane and band data with a Visual Basic processor to load any Excel® spreadsheet. The processor can report up to 20 appropriate loading errors, which are displayed both on the monitor and entered into the record’s audit trail.

Intelligent Quantifier-11, a software system for analyzing scanned images of 1-D electrophoresis separations, is fully compliant with 21CFR Part 11. The software includes fully integrated logins and passwords; record signings (acquire image, save changes, and reports); Analyst, Supervisor, and Administrator access levels; secure audit trails of all operations and a system audit trail.

The Intelligent Quantifer-11 software analyzes images from wet gels, dry gels, and membranes. It has a complete one-dimensional analysis package including lane definition, band detection, Mw/ IEF standards, and dilution series (concentration standards). The software generates band and lane data analysis reports and comes with an IQ/OQ. Customized reports and complete hardware and software systems are also available.
