The Bio Image High-Density Grid (HDG) software supports qualitative (screening) and quantitative (expression analysis) applications for analyzing high-density colony or DNA YAC libraries.

The HDG Analyzer Software:

• Provides accurate spot detection and quantification for all types of grid arrays
• Compensates for membrane deformation with flexible, easy-to-use triangles, that are significantly superior to rigid grids
